Are you open all year around?

We are open everyday except Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day. Please CLICK HERE to see our opening times and prices.

 

Do we have to pre-book?

No need to pre-book to enjoy a day out, just come along and pay on arrival. Pre-booking is essential for Birthday Parties and Private Hires.

 

Do you accept card payments?

Yes we accept all types of credit and debit card except American Express. Minimum spend of £4.

 

Can I drop my children off and collect them later?

Children under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult for the full duration of their visit.

 

Do you have nappy changing facilities?

Nappy changing facilities are available.

 

What food and drink facilities do you have?

Hot and cold snacks and drinks are available from our Playbarn cafe.

 

Do you allow filming or photo shoots?

Yes. Please contact the Playbarn Manager for more details.

 

Are the premsis wheelchair friendly?

Woody's is wheelchair friendly. Some parts of Westmill farm can be a little rocky however the area around Woody's is designed for easy access. Please also be aware the site is located on a hill.

 

I have left something behind, how can I contact you?

If you have lost or forgotten an item please call the team on 01920 462259.  If we have found the item we will keep it here safe until you are able to collect it. If not we will take your details and give you a call if it is handed in at a later date.
